All data collection is conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency and data minimization.

The types of information we may collect include:

  • Processing Data and Input Assets: Files, text, prompts, or assets uploaded by the User to be processed within the software, as well as the output generated by the Service.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected information is used exclusively for legitimate operational, technical, and commercial purposes related to the functionality of Recless. Specifically, we process data to:

  • Send essential operational notifications, service updates, and technical support.
  • Analyze aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve user interface and system performance.

3. Service Providers and Third-Party Sharing

Recless does not sell, rent, or trade personal user data to third parties under any circumstances.

To maintain service operations, we share data solely with trusted infrastructure providers that comply with strict privacy and security standards. These third parties include:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, AWS).
  • Secure payment processors for subscription management (e.g., Stripe).

These service providers are granted access to processed data strictly on a need-to-know basis to perform their designated functions and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Security and Data Retention

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and organizational measures to safeguard information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. This includes end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and data encryption at rest.

Personal data is retained for as long as the User's account remains active or for the duration necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The User acknowledges that no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely impenetrable, and Recless cannot guarantee absolute security against malicious third-party breaches.
